Katie Tingley, the Founder and Principal, has two passions: people and puzzles. As a data scientist who has spent decades studying leadership and what makes great teams tick, she bring her skills and experiences together to help technically focused teams bridge the gap between the hard skills needed for development and analysis and the people skills needed to thrive in today’s business environment. We work with our partner’s in-house teams to ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality through customized training, consulting, mentoring and keynotes.
The Tingley Advantage Inc. has developed measurement solutions, reporting, and training programs to companies such as RBC, Sobeys, A&P, Johnson & Johnson, Hudson’s Bay Company, SiriusXM, Imperial Parking, Interpublic Group (IPG). Katie has an MBA from Dalhousie University specializing in Marketing Analytics.
