Our signature training programs and workshops include:

Identifying the Right Problem Formula – One of the key drivers of inefficiency, dissatisfaction, and rework on analytics teams is misinterpreting the problem being addressed.  In our research, Analytics Leaders told us this was the number one source of frustration among their business colleagues.  Our proven methodology addresses the key pitfalls faced by analysts and provides a step-by-step guide to success.  We address issues such as How to Avoid Going “Lone Wolf”, Becoming Comfortable with Ambiguity, and Identifying Success Criteria.  Teams walk away with a proven methodology and tools to apply right away.

The Successful Communications Technique – Communicating insights and results to business stakeholders, senior managers and clients can often be a challenge for analysts.  They have put so much effort into the work they’ve produced and want to their audience to have assurance of the methodology they’ve used.  Unfortunately, although tremendously important, these are often secondary to the actionable business results their audience is looking to see.  This workshop demonstrates various methods to communicate results to different audiences and then gives attendees the chance to try their newly acquired skills by developing a short presentation and delivering it to their mock stakeholders for real-time feedback.

Managing High-Impact Teams – Managing teams can be daunting and a significant challenge for analysts who haven’t been trained in the various aspects of successful people management. In fact, it is one of the biggest struggles many people face in their careers.  Most managers have been promoted into supervisory roles because they are outstanding performers.  But translating those successes into success for a team requires a completely new skill set.  That’s where Managing High-Impact Teams comes in.  This six-month program not only teaches managers the various foundational elements of management including, Leadership, Team Development, Managing Performance, Vision, Culture, and Stress Management but it also gives participants an opportunity to discuss real-time management issues as they arise.  The learn and apply format ensures that the tools and techniques gained through training are adapted and used in the workplace.
